Cross-sector, international collaborations are fundamental to the development of new biomedical products. Implementation and maintenance of such partnerships requires an informed, thoughtful, proactive approach. BVGH recognizes this and employs its unique partnering model to develop meaningful collaborations with clearly defined roles, responsibilities, and deliverables.

  • Identify Opportunities: Providing your organization with the knowledge, relationships and recognition required to break into the newly expanding markets of Africa and Latin America
  • Find Partners: Connecting your organization to the multi-faceted communities of your target country, including government, international agencies, academic researchers and clinical researchers
  • Establish Relationships: Identifying meaningful partnership opportunities, facilitating introductions and project discussions, supporting negotiations, balancing expectations and managing alliances to mutually successful outcomes
  • Alliance Management: Providing alliance management support while remaining actively engaged in collaborations post-negotiation to ensure communication is maintained, expectations are aligned, obligations are met and differences are resolved
