If you are having trouble viewing the Re:Search webcast, please try the following steps:
- Try the low-bandwidth version of the webcast.
- Click the refresh button at the bottom-right of the webcast player.
- Refresh the entire page in your browser, either by clicking the refresh button next to its address bar, or by leaving the page and then returning.
- Try using a different browser – preferably Mozilla Firefox, Apple Safari or Google Chrome.
- If your computer is behind a firewall, unblock the following ports (or ask your IT department to do so): 1935, 443, and 80 (both TCP and UDP)
- If none of these steps allow you to view the webcast, email paul@sparkstreetdigital.com with a detailed description of the problem.
