The White House announced new public- and private-sector efforts to further President Obama’s priority of using science, technology, and innovation to promote global development. These include new web tools being developed to facilitate research on food crops and neglected diseases, such as the Department of Agriculture’s GRIN-Global and Global Health Connect, an initiative being developed by  the National Institutes of Health and BVGH.
